Abstract

ガスリフトとは周知のように,圧縮ガスのエネルギーを利用して, 液体を地下から地上に汲揚げる方法である。これには,液体を連続的に汲揚げる方法と,間けつ的に汲揚げる方法とがあり,汲揚げ液体が少ない場合は,間けつ的に汲揚げるのが普通である。間けつガスリフトにフリーピストンを使用すると,種々の利点があるが,フローバルブとフリーピストンの作動を考慮して適当に組み合せて使用しないと,満足な結果を得ることができないようである。 本報告は,主に現在使用しているフローバルブとフリーピストンが,どのような条件のときうまく作動するかの実験結果である。それらの結果を基にして,現在のものを現場で最大限に利用することを考え,さらによりよいものを作りたいと思っている。 フリーピストンを間けつガスリストに使用すると,つぎのような利益が考えられる。 (1)チューピングの内壁のパラフィンの付着を防止できる。 (2)汲揚液体の滑り損失が少なくなる。 (3)油のエマルジョン化が減少する。 (4)生産量が増加する。 (5)G.L.R.が減少するからガスの使用量が減る。 (6)油とガスを坑口で分離できる。 また欠点としては, (1)砂の多い油井に使用するとサンドトラブルが考えられる。 (2)設備費用がかかる。 (3)変形の多いチューピングには使用できない。
