Abstract

Introdução: Com as mudanças que vem ocorrendo no mundo empresarial, os colaboradores sofrem o impacto e sentem a pressão, por isso a gestão de pessoas é importante dentro da organização e junto com a contabilidade gerencial tem muito a agregar. Objetivo: A gestão de pessoas e a contabilidade gerencial são grandes aliados do gestor na tomada de decisões por isso são importantes. Materiais e Métodos: A pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada por meio de coleta de dados através de livros, artigos e periódicos publicados referentes ao assunto. Resultados e Discussão: A gestão de pessoas não deve ser vista como uma despesa e sim como um investimento, pois ela busca entender os colaboradores e o âmbito de trabalho onde estão inseridos. Portanto a gestão de pessoas na contabilidade gerencial deve ser explorada com intuito de tornar as informações oferecidas fidedignas e claras e assim diminuir o tempo para a tomada de decisões e as tornar mais assertivas. Conclusão: Por fim a gestão de pessoas e a contabilidade gerencial, juntas trazem maior desenvolvimento organizacional, produtividade, lucratividade e expansão. Introduction: With the changes that have been occurring in the business world, the collaborators suffer the impact e feel the pressure, that is why the people management is so important inside the organization and along with the managerial accounting have a lot to aggregate. Goal: The people management and the managerial accounting are big manager allies in the decisions making, therefore are so important. Materials and Methods: The bibliography research has been accomplished through the data collection over books, articles, and scientific journals about the subject. Results and Discussion: The people management is not to be seen as an expense, but as an investment, because it searches to understand the collaborators and the job scope where they are inserted. Therefore, the people management in the managerial accounting must be exploited with the purpose of becoming the offered information clear and reliable and, thereby, decrease the time to make decisions and make them more assertive. Discussion: Lastly, the people management and the managerial accounting, together, bring bigger organizational development, productivity, profitability and expansion.
