Perizinan Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir sebagai Kewenangan yang Diderivasi dari Hak Menguasai Negara

Abstract

Kewenangan izin pengelolaan wilayah pesisir setelah diundangkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 diberikan kepada pemerintah provinsi. Ini akan lebih efektif karena pemerintah provinsi dapat mengawasi kegiatan pengelolaan wilayah pesisir. Antara pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota mengoordinasikan pengelolaan kawasan pesisir, termasuk penetapan rencana zonasi untuk wilayah pesisir. Dalam penerbitan izin pengelolaan wilayah pesisir, pemohon harus mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Bupati/Walikota sebagai dasar untuk penerbitan izin pengelolaan wilayah pesisir.
