
A fundamental characteristic of the legal system, the measure of law reflects the substantive-distributive property of law. It determines the pattern of law in social relations, derived in the legally measured requirement to subjects with legal quality and legal position. It serves the purpose of law, the measured positions in volume and quality in the behavior of the subjects through the normative legal acts, through specifying and individualizing acts, through the legal relationship and the legal connection to pass in the existing. This article aims to argue that legal measure carries the content of right embedded in each form of dueness. It is contained in the legal connection.
