EVALUASI KEKUATAN STRUKTUR BANGUNAN GEDUNG (Studi Kasus : Bangunan Gedung SMPN 19 Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur)

Abstract

Gedung SMPN 19 Samarinda dibangun pada tahun 2013 dengan masa pengerjan 1 tahun. Gedung SMPN 19 Samarinda dibangun untuk menggantikan gedung lama yang sudah tidak layak pakai dan sering terkena banjir. Akan tetapi pada saat masa perawatan, gedung mengalami penurunan pada sisi selatan. Analisa struktur yang digunakan menggunakan aplikasi ETABS 2015, struktur beton memakai SKSNI 2847-2013. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data sekunder, rekapitulasi kondisi gedung, pengujian NDT (Non Destructive Test). Pengujian NDT terdiri dari pengujian hammer test dan dari hasil pengujian akan digunakan utnuk input material struktur pada ETABS 2015. Analisa ETABS dimulai dengan pemodelan struktur sesuai dengan gambar kerja, kemudian memasukan pembebanan sesuai dengan PPIUG 1993. Dari hasil analisa ETABS 2015 didapatkan beban aksial pada pondasi yang mengalami penurunan 19330.64 Kg lebih besar daripada kapasitas daya dukung pondasi rencana 16301.80 Kg. Untuk itu dilakukan perbaikan struktur pondasi dengan menambahkan pondasi bored pile dengan kedalaman 2m yang ditempatkan disisi bangunan kemudian dibuat menyatu pada gedung utama. Pada struktur balok dan kolom yang mengalami keretakan dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode coating untuk kerusakan ringan dan metode grouting untuk kerusakan sedang.
