Pengaruh Marketing Mix dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Pada Pelanggan Los Medellin Café)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan Los Medellin Café di Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 171 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Marketing Mix terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel sebesar 4,756 > 1,9742 dengan signifikasi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu sebesar 7,572 > 1,9742 dengan signifikasi < 0,05 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Untuk Marketing Mix dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, berdasarkan hasil uji F dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 198,473 > 3,05 dan signifikasi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian nilai Koefisien Determinasi (Adjuted R Square) di dapat hasil variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini Marketing Mix (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh sebesar 69,9 % terhadap varibel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), dan 30,1 %, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dan tidak termasuk dalm penelitian yang dilakukan.
