Abstract

Perencanaan analisis maupun pengendalian dalam bidang pengairan dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi risiko kerusakan dan melakukan pengendalian dalam pekerjaan pengairan seperti banjir, penampang sungai, dan normalisasi. Dalam rangka menunjang dan mempermudah dalam melakukan pekerjaan perhitungan maupun simulasi, diperlukan program pendukung untuk membantu pekerjaan analisa hidraulika dan mendapatkan profil muka air banjir. HEC-RAS merupakan model sistem yang sudah terintegrasi dan dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi yang interaktif yang memudahkan penggunanya. Aplikasi HEC-RAS juga dapat digunakan untuk membuat simulasi profil muka air yang biasa digunakan untuk memodelkan aliran sungai terbuka maupun tertutup. Sehingga permasalahan pengelolaan bantaran sungai, perkiraan muka air untuk perbaikan alur atau pembangunan tanggul dapat diselesaikan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci : HEC-RAS, pelatihan, aliran, sungai
