CRIMINALIDADE NO BRASIL

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar os antecedentes da adesão da população ao crime, bem como a existência de padrões cognitivos que poderiam contribuir para a criminalidade, de forma a propor ações para a persuasão e a mudança de atitudes da população em relação ao comportamento criminoso. Para tal foi realizada uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, exploratória por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Dentre os fatores predisponentes para a criminalidade, verificou-se que as condições sociais são bastante relevantes. Na esfera social identificou-se que a rede de relacionamento social que as pessoas convivem desde a mais tenra idade pode influenciar na criminalidade.
