O PERTENCIMENTO NEGRO NA LITERATURA AFRO-BRASILEIRA: UM OLHAR PARA CRIANÇAS NEGRAS COMO PROTAGONISTAS

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo debater a inserção do negro na literatura brasileira e a importância de representações negras positivas para construção identitária da criança negra. Utilizamos como metodologia as Constelações de Aprendizagem que dialoga com a Antropologia da Educação e a Psicologia, neste caso, para o desenvolvimento do letramento crítico racial. Assim, foram selecionadas as obras: O cabelo de Lelê de Valéria Belém, Amoras de Emicida e Kofi e o menino de fogo de Nei Lopes no qual averiguamos a existência da possibilidade de apresentar as crianças negras ocupando lugares de protagonismo, além de reconhecer elementos históricos que contribuem para legitimação da lei 10.639/03, visto que as obras valorizam a cultura e a representatividade africana. Considera-se a importância da literatura infantil de temática Africana no qual o personagem central constrói uma imagem positiva de si, do outro e sua ancestralidade. Tais imbricações narrativas e imagéticas podem contribuir com o desenvolvimento identitário de crianças negras e desenvolver seu pertencimento social.
