HUBUNGAN RIWAYAT HIPERTENSI, OBESITAS, DAN FREKUENSI ANTENATAL CARE DENGAN KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA

Abstract

Latar Belakang: World Health Organization memperkirakan 800 perempuan meninggal setiap harinya akibat komplikasi kehamilan dan proses kelahiran, sekitar 99% dari seluruh kematian ibu terjadi di Negara berkembang. Sekitar 80% kematian maternal merupakan akibat meningkatnya komplikasi selama kehamilan, persalinan dan setelah persalinan. Salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan janin adalah preeklampsia berat (PEB), angka kejadiannya berkisar antara 0,51%-38,4%. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan riwayat hipertensi, obesitas, dan frekuensi antenatal care dengan kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Sekayu Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin selama satu semester. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III berjumlah 199 responden dan sampel yaitu 133 responden. Hasil: Dari 133 responden yang diteliti, lebih dari separuh 67 responden (50,4%) dengan kejadian preeklampsia berat, sebagian besar 94 responden (70,7%) tidak mempunyai riwayat hipertensi, sebagian besar 94 responden (70,7%) yang tidak obesitas, dan sebagian besar 73 responden (54,9%) dengan frekuensi antenatal care lengkap. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat hipertensi, obesitas, dan frekuensi antenatal care dengan kejadian preeklampsia. Riwayat preeklampsia (p = 0,001) obesitas (p = 0,000), dan frekuensi antenatal care (p = 0,000). Saran: Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan untuk dapat mengurangi angka kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi angka morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu dan bayi akibat komplikasi kehamilan yang ada seperti preeklampsia. Kata Kunci: Preeklampsia, Riwayat Hipertensi, Obesitas, Frekuensi Antenatal Care
