Abstract

Latar belakang: Perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan tidak terlepas dari pengaturanjam kerja dirumah sakit dengan pembagian shift. Kerja shift dapat menyebabkan gangguan circadianrhytim (Irama sirkadian), kerja shift bila tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan berdampak padagangguan fisiologis salah satunya peningkatan tekanan darah. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui perbedaantekanan darah perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang tahun 2018.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tekniksampling adalah total sampling pada perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Ahmad Dahlan, IbnuRusyid, dan Rasyid Thalib di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang yang berjumlah 57 perawat.Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan uji paired t test Hasil : Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan ada perbedaan rerata tekanan darah perawat sebelum shift pagi yaitu 116,08/ 78,16 dansetelah shift pagi 119,76/74,08, sebelum shift siang rerata tekanan darah perawat yaitu 116,18/77,94dan seelah shift siang 123,35/77,76 sedangkan tekanan darah seblum shift malam rerata tekanan darahperawat 120,73/78 dan setelah shift malam 121,67/77,40. Simpulan : ada perbedaan perubahantekanan darah diastolik sebelum shift pagi, dan tekanan darah diastolik sesudah shift siang.Kata kunci : Kerja shift, Tekanan Darah Sistolik, Tekanan Darah Diastolic.
