
O jornalismo pós-industrial é marcado pelas tecnologias disruptivas, processos automatizados e uso de inteligência artificial para produção de diferentes conteúdos. Nesse cenário, a narrativa transmídia e o design da informação podem se inter-relacionar para potencializar a presença do narrador benjaminiano, contribuir com a humanização das histórias e, por conseguinte, com a atividade jornalística. Para discutir isso, são observadas as reflexões de autores como Anderson et. al (2013) sobre jornalismo pós-industrial; Bertochhi (2016) sobre jornalismo de dados; Jorente (2015, 2020) em se tratando de design da informação; Santaella (2018) no que se refere à narrativa transmídia, e Benjamin (1987), quando à figura do narrador. Assim, é possível refletir sobre como os conteúdos podem ser construídos e humanizados e, a partir do design da informação e da narrativa transmídia, propor estratégias que potencializem a figura do narrador no jornalismo científico.
