FATORES PREDITIVOS DE LUXAÇÃO DE QUADRIL EM IDOSOS COM ARTROPLASTIA TOTAL DE QUADRIL

Abstract

 Objetivo: avaliar os fatores preditivos de luxação de quadril em idosos com artroplastia total de quadril. Métodos: conduziu-se um estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura. Foram analisados artigos recuperados por meio das bases de dados secundários Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), na biblioteca eletrônica Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo), Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (MEDLINE), na National Library of Medicine (Pubmed) e na base Scopus a partir dos descritores artroplastia; idoso; quadril, luxação, hip, arthroplasty e dislocation. Considerou-se estudos publicados em português e inglês e que tratavam diretamente da temática objeto de estudo. Resultados: as condições sociodemográficas, sociais e de saúde prévias deste público podem apresentarem-se como fatores de preditivos para luxação de quadril. Conclusão: variáveis como escolaridade, faixa etária mais avançada do idoso, técnica e tecnologia cirúrgica empregada, gravidade do quadro clínico de entrada no serviço, presença de comorbidade prévia a internação, período prolongado de internação hospitalar e necessidade de cuidados críticos no centro de terapia intensa influenciam na prevalência de luxação de quadril em idosos com artroplastia total de quadril.
