Abstract

A tecnologia Building Information Modeling (BIM), se destaca por aprimorar o modelo usual de projeto de forma que o aproxima à realidade. No setor de saneamento, que ainda apresenta atraso na ampla adoção do BIM, uma das ferramentas que podem ser utilizadas é a detecção de interferências, que acontecem porque tais sistemas dividem o mesmo espaço sob o pavimento e, se não forem previstas na fase de projeto, acarretam diversos problemas na execução, o que em muitos casos leva a soluções inadequadas. No presente trabalho foi proposto o uso do sistema UFC e FreeCAD para realizar a verificação e correção das interferências entre as redes de saneamento através de programas desenvolvidos em Python. Os resultados demonstraram a eficiência da utilização dessas ferramentas. A maior parte das interferências acontece entre redes de esgoto e drenagem, e, se for possível, mover verticalmente a rede de drenagem seria a forma mais eficiente de sanar as interferências.
