İbn Haldun un Metodolojisi

Abstract

İbn Haldun sosyal bilimciler tarafından birçok yönden ele alınan ve değerlendirilen bir düşünür olmuştur. Bu değerlendirmeler daha çok onun umran, asabiyet ve devlet görüşleri üzerinedir. Ancak İbn Haldun’un umran, asabiyet, devlet vb. görüşlerini tam anlamıyla anlamak ve aktarabilmemiz için O’nun metodolojisini iyi kavramamız gerekmektedir. Bu anlamda makalemiz İbn Haldun’un anlaşıl-masında asli unsur olarak gördüğümüz metodolojisi üzerine olacaktır. Akıl ve duyuları birlikte hareket ettiren, umranı gerçekçi temelde ele alan, maddi unsurları açıklamalarında kullanan, neden – sonuç ilişkisi içerisinde düzenlilikleri keşfetmek isteyen İbn Haldun hem kendi dönemi için hem de yaşadığımız dönem için oldukça önemli bir düşünürdür.
