İbn Haldun un Asabiyet ve Devlet Teorisinin Murabıtlar Devletine Uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İbn Haldun’un Devlet teorisini ve bu teorinin orta çağda Fas ve kuzey Afrika’da kurulan devletlere ne kadar yansıyıp yansımadığını ele almayı hedefledik ve Murabıtlar devletinin durumu özel olarak seçtik. Bununla beraber İbn Haldun’un bu teoriyi ortaya koyarken vurguladığı bazı kavramlar üzerine de durmakta fayda olduğunu düşündük. Onun için asabiye, irtizak, hadar ve bedevîlik gibi kavramlar ve bunların Murabıtlar devleti çerçevesinde de incelemeye çalıştık. İbn Haldun, Orta çağda Fas ve Kuzey Afrika’daki devletlerin kuruluşunun mekanizmasını incelemesinde ne kadar başarılı oldu? Bilindiği üzere İbn Haldun, ortaya koyduğu devlet teorisini desteklemek için en sık kullandığı örnek, yukarıda belirttiğimiz Murabıtlar ve muvahhitler devletlerdir. Biz de teoriyi denetlemek için Murabıtlar devletini seçtik. Önce Mukaddime ve el-İber arasındaki ilişkiye, sonra da Sanhace ve siyaset girişimine değindik. Ardından İbn Haldun’un Mukaddime’deki teoriyi el-İber’deki Murabıtlar devletine uygularken, teoriye uysun diye, görmezden geldiği faktör ve olaylardan bahsettik ve sonuçta dediğimiz gibi bu faktörler, teoriyi çürütecek kadar önemlidir.
