Abstract

Siyaseti, ahlâkı ve ekonomiyi felsefesinin konusu yapan İbn Haldun klasik anlamda bir filozof değildir. İbn Haldun'un fikirleri Türk ve İslâm felsefe geleneğinde etkili olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Türk dünyasındaki sosyoekonomik dönüşüm süreci sosyal ve kültürel boyutları ile incelenmiştir. Bu sürecin iç ve dış toplumsal dinamiklerden kaynaklanan temel sorunları, İbn Haldun'un görüşleri doğrultusunda tartışılmaktadır.
