Abstract

Buku Materi Pembelajaran Gizi Darurat Bencana ini membahas mengenai konsep kejadian bencana, sistem penanganan bencana, penanganan gizi saat bencana serta perhitungan kebutuhan gizi saat bencana. Buku ini tersusun atas 14 bab pertemuan. Buku materi pembelajaran ini memberikan kemudahan dari aspek isi yang disederhanakan. Dengan membaca buku ini, para pembaca diharapkan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang gizi darurat bencana dan dapat dijadikan landasan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa, para pengajar, peneliti, dan praktisi dalan dunia gizi darurat bencana.
