This article continues the study of homosexuality with relation to marriage. We have already considered the reality of this deviation of sexual orientation and its frequency. This short note collects some of the scientific data from what is divulged today referring to the approximate incidence, both biological and real, that this anomaly of human sexuality has in the civilized world. Experts currently think that to seek out the psychological root of this particular sexual conduct is of greater interest than statistics, this is especially true for canonists. Among the latest scientific studies on this particular point the one which still has most relevance is the information given by the North American psychiatric team A. C. Kinsey, Sexual Behaviour in the Human Male, published in Philadelphia (edit. Saunders) in 1948. The «Kinsey Information», which is the fruit of a wide investigation of men and women of North America, establishes that heterosexuality, bisexuality and homosexuality form an uninterrupted sequence of life. Their criteria, conclusions, and critique supply us with useful information.
