Marketing experiencial en el turismo de lujo :

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda el marketing turístico experiencial de lujo a través del caso del resort Rancho Santana, un destino que aúna lujo y experiencias auténticas. El objetivo principal es evaluar cómo sus estrategias de marketing experiencial contribuyen al posicionamiento del resort en el segmento de lujo, con especial atención a aspectos como branding, sostenibilidad, digitalización, perfil del turista de lujo y marketing mix (7P). La metodología es cualitativa y exploratoria: se realizó una entrevista en profundidad a una directiva del resort y un análisis digital de su sitio web y redes sociales. Los resultados confirman que Rancho Santana es un referente del turismo experiencial de lujo, integrando autenticidad, personalización, inmersión cultural y sostenibilidad sin sacrificar ni la excelencia ni la exclusividad. La estrategia de marketing, con una sólida narrativa de marca y presencia digital, construye una identidad de “lujo consciente”. Las iniciativas de sostenibilidad y desarrollo comunitario generan un impacto positivo en la región, aunque se reflexiona sobre la paradoja de ofrecer lujo en un entorno empobrecido. El estudio demuestra que el marketing experiencial de lujo es clave para diferenciarse y fidelizar en el turismo de lujo, como lo demuestra Rancho Santana.
