BLOQUEIOS ATRIOVENTRICULARES: ENTENDENDO AS DIFERENTES CONDUTAS: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Abstract

Introdução: Os bloqueios atrioventriculares (BAVs) representam um grupo de distúrbios de condução elétrica do coração, caracterizados pela interrupção ou atraso na transmissão do impulso elétrico entre os átrios e os ventrículos. Metodologia: A metodologia desta revisão integrativa foi estruturada para fornecer uma visão abrangente e crítica sobre as diferentes condutas no manejo dos bloqueios atrioventriculares, com base na literatura científica disponível. Resultado: Os estudos indicam que o BAV de primeiro grau geralmente não necessita de intervenção imediata, sendo frequentemente monitorado clinicamente, especialmente em pacientes assintomáticos. A revisão destaca que em pacientes com BAV de primeiro grau, a progressão para formas mais graves de bloqueio é relativamente rara, mas pode ocorrer em pacientes com doenças cardíacas subjacentes, como cardiopatia isquêmica ou miocardiopatia dilatada. Conclusão: A revisão integrativa do manejo dos BAVs pretende oferecer uma visão abrangente das diferentes condutas terapêuticas, com foco nos avanços recentes em tecnologias de marcapasso e nos desafios clínicos persistentes. Através da análise da literatura atual, esta revisão visa fornecer insights para clínicos e pesquisadores sobre as melhores práticas para o tratamento dos BAVs, considerando as particularidades de cada caso e as tendências emergentes na cardiologia.
