Analisis Efektivitas Biaya Terapi Antihipertensi Kombinasi Tetap Di Satu Rumah Sakit Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

Sebagian besar alternatif terapi antihipertensi memerlukan studi farmakoekonomi terutama tentang Analisis Efektivitas Biaya yang bermanfaat dalam menyeimbangkan pengeluaran pasien dengan menentukan alternatif pengobatan yang mewakili hasil kesehatan yang terbaik dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan cost effective penggunaan antihipertensi kombinasi dosis tetap (FDC) Valsartan-Amlodipin + Furosemide dengan FDC Valsartan-HCT + Amlodipin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif analitik secara potong lintang dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari rekam medis penderita hipertensi sedangkan data rincian biaya pengobatan diperoleh dari bagian keuangan pasien rawat jalan di Salah Satu Rumah Sakit Tipe B Jakarta Selatan periode Januari – Juni 2018. Jumlah sampel 74 pasien yang terdiri dari 37 pasien menggunakan FDC Valsartan-Amlodipin + Furosemide dan 37 pasien menggunakan FDC Valsartan-HCT + Amlodipin. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah biaya pengobatan langsung (yang meliputi biaya pemeriksaan, biaya laboratorium dan biaya obat), biaya pengobatan tidak langsung (meliputi biaya akomodasi dan biaya Produktivitas yang hilang, sedangkan efektivitasnya menggunakan rata-rata MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas terapi paling besar untuk menurunkan tekanan darah adalah FDC Valsartan-Amlodipin + Furosemide yaitu sebanyak 32 pasien dengan rata-rata MAP 101,29 mmHg, sedangkan FDC Valsartan-HCT + Amlodipin hanya 29 pasien dengan rata-rata MAP 103,59 mmHg. Sedangkan efektivitas biaya berdasarkan nilai ACER pada kombinasi FDC Valsartan-Amlodipin + Furosemide dan FDC Valsartan-HCT + Amlodipin secara berurutan adalah Rp. 3.922.040/MAP dan Rp. 4.458.034/MAP, sedangkan nilai ICER sebesarr Rp – 1.169.970 . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa FDCValsartan-Amlodipin+ Furosemide lebih cost efektif.
