Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengertian kepada pengurus yayasan yatim piatu dan anak asuhnya tentang pengelolaan manajemen yang lebih profesional, serta dapat mengelola pertanggungjawaban laporan keuangan donasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku (ISAK 35) mengenai organisasi NirLaba. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu : - pengenalan keadaan, gambaran/situasi daerah tempat pengabdiannya cukup kondusif sehingga kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini berhasil dilaksanakan tanpa ada halangan apapun, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi
