
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa etika bisnis dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan penelusuran buku dan jurnal yang otoritatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis dalam Islam tidak sebatas sebagai bahan kajian dan penelitian semata, akan tetapi lebih dari sekedar itu etika bisnis dalam Islam perlu diterapkan dalam praktik bisnis modern. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam terdapat prinsip dasar yang harus dihindari dalam berbisnis yaitu: tidak mengandung unsur riba, tidak mengandung unsur penipuan serta tidak berbisnis dengan barang-barang yang diharamkan. Setelah keuntungan bisnis diperoleh maka sangat penting untuk mengeluarkan zakat untuk membantu orang lain yang membutuhkan. Oleh karena pada harta yang dimiliki dalam pandangan hukum Islam terdapat hak-hak orang lain yang wajib ditunaikan Kata Kunci : Etika, Bisnis, Hukum Islam. ABSTRACT  This research aims to analyze business ethics in the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a literature study approach with authoritative searches for books and journals. The results of this study show that business ethics in Islam is not limited to study and research, but more than just that business ethics in Islam needs to be applied in modern business practices. In the perspective of Islamic law there are basic principles that must be avoided in business, namely: it does not contain elements of riba, does not contain elements of fraud and does not do business with prohibited goods. Once business profits are obtained then it is very important to issue zakat to help others in need. Because in the property owned in the view of Islamic law there are other people's rights that must be fulfilled.   Keywords: ethics, business, Islamic of Law.
