The words disorder and complicated, imperfection and chaos, are used to describe the image of the Latin American city. Is it disorder? Is it chaos? Where do we position our-selves to make such statements? The hypothesis that guides this research defines the irregularity of the urban form as a positive value of Latin American cities. Is it just another form of city that characterizes and identifies them? Taking the city of Córdoba, Argentina as a study case, we detect features of its urban form that we observe are shared with many other Latin American cities.
