Abstract

La ricostruzione e la riabilitazione sociale dopo un disastro naturale è un processo complesso che implica l'interazione di fattori sociali, tecnologici ed economici. Il presente contributo, a dieci anni dal sisma, riflette sul sistema di programmazione messo in atto per la ricostruzione della città. In particolare, focalizza l’attenzione sull'esperienza dei progetti strategici e unitari .
