Justicia inteligente y “Justicia artificial”

Abstract

Por medio de este artículo trato de explicar cómo la relevancia que ya ha adquirido la Inteligencia Artificial (en adelante IA) debe ser regulada de tal manera que garantice en todo momento y de manera absoluta, sin remilgos, los derechos más elementales y básicos que regulan nuestra convivencia. Pensado todo ello desde un punto de vista antropocéntrico, con especial relevancia e importancia en el ser humano, para que nuestros valores éticos más elementales no se vean ni afectados ni soslayados en pro de intereses públicos ni mucho menos privados. A su vez, de manera más concreta, trata de valorar cómo debe ser desarrollado dentro de la administración de justicia la utilización de la IA, donde quizá la relevancia de una buena regulación es superior al ser la justicia uno de los pilares esenciales en todo estada de social, democrático y de derecho, puesto que en última instancia es quien tutela y ampara los derechos de los ciudadanos. Todo ello desde una visión crítica, tratando de poner en valor la importancia de preservar nuestros actuales principios éticos.
