Abstract

El reconocimiento a las familias multi o interespecies por parte del Tribunal Colegiado en Materia Administrativa de la Ciudad de México, sienta un precedente importante al emitir una sentencia inclusiva que reconoce a un entorno social que ha decidido integrar en su familia a un animal de compañía, lo cual impacta significativamente en los derechos de los animales.
