Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por finalidade analisar o reflexo do novo modelo de crescimento econômico, chamado de economia verde, nas normas brasileiras de Direito Tributário e de Direito Financeiro, além de evidenciar se há espaços normativos para a recepção dessa novidade na conjuntura jurídica atual. A hipótese é de que a ausência de diálogo normativo e doutrinário de ambos os ramos do Direito, inclusive tendo-se em vista a reforma tributária em evidência, dificulta a implementação do crescimento sustentável idealizado. A fim de alcançar os objetivos propostos, propõe-se uma pesquisa pura, explicativa quanto aos fins, com abordagem qualitativa do problema. O método de abordagem é dedutivo, com procedimento bibliográfico e documental, e a partir dessa metodologia demonstra-se que o Brasil possui campo fértil para acolher o crescimento sustentável, principalmente diante do cenário de crise econômica atual, em que se redesenha a política produtiva de modo mais consciente, inclusive o sustentável.
