Abstract

Las organizaciones del tercer sector, son aquellas sin fines de lucro que buscan apoyar a diferentes sectores vulnerables. Adem�s, requieren de la colaboraci�n de voluntarios, donantes, as� como alianzas estrat�gicas con otros sectores. Ante los nuevos retos a los que se enfrentan estas organizaciones, por ser sistemas no lineales, complejos y conformados por capital humano, la comunicaci�n integral se convierte en su herramienta fundamental para fortalecer la interacci�n con sus subsistemas para el logro de sus objetivos. Por ello, con la intenci�n de entender qu� son las organizaciones del tercer sector, cu�les son sus principales subsistemas y c�mo contribuye en �stas la comunicaci�n integral, se desarrolla este art�culo cuyo objetivo es presentar un abordaje te�rico de estos principales conceptos desde la mirada de las organizaciones del tercer sector, la teor�a de sistemas y la comunicaci�n integral.
