Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Optimalisasi penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan sesuai standar International Safety Management (ISM) Code dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat di MV. CK BLUEBELL”. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di kapal MV. CK BLUEBELL yaitu officer serta crew belum menaati Standard OperationalProcedure (SOP) sesuai dengan standar International Safety Management (ISM) Code. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman crew dan meningkatkan pengawasaan officer dalam menerapkan International Safety Management (ISM) Code. Metode yang digunakan pada penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode kualitatif. Upaya meningkatkan pemahamancrew terhadap International Safety Management (ISM) Code dengan cara memberikan motivasi setiap minggu tentang pentingnya menerapkan safety meeting sesuai SOP pada crew kapal.
