Abstract

Стаття, що розглядає правові норми, які стосуються працевлаштування та умов праці для жінок. Автор проаналізував законодавство, яке регулює права та обов'язки жінок на робочому місці, враховуючи особливості їхньої фізіології та сімейного статусу. Стаття розглядає питання вагітності та відпусток для догляду за дитиною, а також запобігання дискримінації на робочому місці з огляду на стать. Дослідження зосереджується на тому, як правові норми впливають на рівень захисту прав жінок на працю та їхню соціальну інтеграцію. Аналізуючи чинне законодавство та можливі напрями його подальшого розвитку, автор надає пропозиції щодо поліпшення умов праці та захисту прав жінок у сучасному суспільстві.
