Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Deteksi Kebakaran Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) Untuk Menurunkan Risiko Kebakaran

Abstract

Peningkatan teknologi dalam revolusi industri keempat, khususnya transformasi digital, mendorong peningkatan keamanan bangunan dari ancaman kebakaran. Dalam menghadapi risiko kebakaran yang serius, diperlukan pendekatan keamanan yang lebih canggih dan adaptif. Internet of Things (IoT) muncul sebagai solusi potensial dalam monitoring deteksi kebakaran. Namun, sebagian besar bangunan masih mengandalkan sistem deteksi konvensional yang terpisah dan tidak terintegrasi dengan internet. Data dari UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Malang menunjukkan tingginya kejadian kebakaran, sehingga perlu solusi yang lebih responsif. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring deteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT untuk meningkatkan manajemen risiko dan merancang strategi penanggulangan yang lebih baik. Dengan metodologi penelitian eksperimental, sistem ini melibatkan sensor, perangkat komunikasi, dan platform kontrol operasional. Pengolahan data menggunakan FMEA untuk menganalisis efektivitas, dengan nilai RPN sebelum implementasi mencapai tingkat risiko tinggi. Setelah implementasi, nilai RPN menurun secara signifikan, seperti pada Perusahaan LPG dengan penurunan dari 720 menjadi 84 begitu juga pada Kandang Ayam Broiler dan area sekolah.
