Factores psicosociales laborales: una descripción de la clasificación colombiana de los riesgos psicosociales

Abstract

En el marco de una labor editorial interinstitucional entre la Universidad Santiago de Cali (USC) Colombia y la Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU) España, se presenta el siguiente documento a través del cual se muestran algunos de los resultados del Trabajo de Fin de Master (TFM) intitulado originalmente Factores psicosociales individuales; una descripción de la clasificación colombiana de los riesgos psicosociales, el cual fue presentado por el estudiante del Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales ofertado por la VIU, Joan Manuel Torres Campuzano, bajo la orientación del tutor José Luis Llorca Rubio, como requisito académico para acceder al título en mención durante el periodo 2017-2019. La publicación mancomunada de este documento surge por iniciativa del entonces maestrando, quien además de haber egresado como psicólogo de la Universidad Santiago de Cali, labora en ella como docente asistencial y catedrático. Y, teniendo en cuenta la importancia que revisten los procesos académicos de cooperación interinstitucional, se atendió dicha iniciativa por parte de ambas universidades, incluyendo al profesor José Luis Llorca-Rubio como co-autor de este libro, no sólo en reconocimiento a su acompañamiento como tutor del TFM, sino también por su aporte puntual en términos del devenir histórico y del panorama actual en lo relativo a la identificación, evaluación, diagnóstico e intervención de los riesgos psicosociales en España, tema incluido en el texto.
