Abstract

Las habilidades lectoras son fundamentales para favorecer el aprendizaje y la apropiación del conocimiento de los escolares. El objetivo de esta propuesta consiste en caracterizar las habilidades ejecutivas de niños entre ocho y diez años con bajo desempeño escolar relacionado con las habilidades lectoras. Se asume un diseño de estudio de casos, que considera los rendimientos de los niños, así como, el contexto escolar y familiar. Se empleó la Evaluación Neuropsicológica Infantil y el Test de Pensamiento Creativo de Torrance.
