Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Pegawai Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Kemendagri Regional Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang digunakan untuk mengolah data. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis Regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada kantor PPSDM yang terdiri dari Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan olah data variabel bebas (Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin kerja) secara bersama-sama memilki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja pegawai). Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Competence, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Head Office of Human Resources Development (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar. Employees at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Makassar Regional Ministry of Home Affairs with a sample of 60 respondents used to process data. The methods in collecting data in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis which is used to measure the effect of competence. Based on the data processing of independent variables (Competence, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline) together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) it is obtained that the level of correlation or relationship between Competence, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on employee performance. Competency is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance at the PPSDM Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar.
