Abstract

Województwo warmińsko-mazurskie to jeden z najpiękniejszych przyrodniczo regionów Polski oraz wizytówka unikatowego piękna krajobrazu kulturowego. Podlega on jednak postępującej degradacji, której przyczyną są między innymi wielkoskalowe elektrownie wiatrowe. Chaos przestrzenny prowadzi do degradacji dziedzictwa kulturowego wsi i rodzi wiele problemów. Rozważając lokalizację siłowni wiatrowych, zapomina się, że głównym kierunkiem działań powinno być kształtowanie harmonijnego krajobrazu kulturowego.
