Pola Sebaran Permukiman Terdampak Lumpur Lapindo Sidoarjo

Abstract

Bencana lumpur lapindo merupakan peristiwa semburan lumpur panas yang terjadi sejak 29 Mei 2006, yang mana bencana tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti tergenangnya kawasan permukiman penduduk, pertanian, perubahan pola permukiman penduduk, keterbatasan penyediaan perumahan, dan migrasi. Dalam penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pola sebaran permukiman penduduk terdampak lumpur lapindo dengan mengambil wilayah kajian pada 16 desa/kelurahan terdampak lumpur lapindo diantaranya Desa Besuki, Desa Gempolsari, Desa Glagaharum, Desa Kalisampurno, Desa Kalitengah, Desa Keboguyang, Desa Kedungbendo, Desa Kedungcangkring, Kelurahan Gedang, Kelurahan Jatirejo, Kelurahan Mindi, Kelurahan Porong, Kelurahan Siring, Desa Ketapang, Desa Pejarakan, dan Desa Renokenonggo. Dengan mengetahui pola permukiman diharapkan mampu membantu dalam proses pemerataan pembangunan kawasan permukiman oleh pemangku kepentingan.dengan hasil analisis pola sebaran Meteode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Nearest Neighbour Analysis menggunakan software ArcMap 10.4. yang selanjutnya hasil ahir penelitian ini akan diketahui pola sebaran permukiman penduduk terdampak lumpur lapindo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pola permukiman terdampak lumpur lapindo terdiri atas 2 (dua) pola permukiman yakni mengelompok dan acak dengan nilai indeks NNR yang bervariasi. Pola Permukiman didominasi oleh pola permukiman mengelompok (Clustered) yakni terdapat pada Desa Besuki, Desa Gempolsari, Desa Glagaharum, Desa Keboguyang, Desa Kedungcangkring, Kelurahan Gedang, Kelurahan Mindi, Kelurahan Porong, Ketapang dengan nilai NNR tertinggi pada pola permukiman mengelompok yakni pada Kelurahan Gedang sebesar 0,68 dan nilai NNR terendah terdapat pada Desa Besuki sebesar 0,25 sedangkan untuk pola permukiman acak (random) terdapat pada Desa Kalitengah dengan nilai NNR 0,87 dan Desa Keboguyang dengan nilai NNR 0,80.
