Analisis Numerik Bata Ringan Terpapar Temperatur Suhu Tinggi Menggunakan LUSAS V.19

Abstract

Penggunaan material bangunan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan suhu ruang bangunan tersebut. Untuk itu pengggunaan bata ringan menjadi lebih direkomendasikan bagi bangunan gedung di daerah beriklim tropis. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis numerik sifat termal distribusi penjalaran panas pada bata ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi penjalaran panas pada bata ringan dengan variasi suhu dan waktu tertentu akibat diberikannya temperatur suhu tinggi. Analisis menggunakan program elemen hingga LUSAS v.19 dan dilakukan verifikasi menggunakan metode Wickström. Pada penelitian ini, data input yang digunakan adalah geometrik material, massa jenis, konduktivitas termal, dan kapasitas kalor jenis. Sedangkan pembebanan yang diberikan adalah temperature suhu tinggi dengan waktu paparan dan titik tinjau arah x dan y. Hasil perbandingan distribusi penjalaran panas antara metode Wickstrom dan program LUSAS v.19 didapatkan suhu penjalaran panas menggunakan program LUSAS v.19 lebih tinggi di awal, namun jika paparan dilakukan dalam waktu yang lama nilai distribusi penjalaran panas menggunakan metode Wickström lebih tinggi dari pada menggunakan program LUSAS v.19. Persentase tahanan panas berbanding terbalik dengan massa jenis, sedangkan kecepatan penjalaran panas berbanding lurus dengan massa jenis material. Hingga paparan suhu sebesar 1.000 0C dengan massa jenis 840 kg/m3 selama 2 jam, penjalaran panas yang terjadi pada titik tinjau dengan metode Wickström adalah 942,912 0C dan program LUSAS v.19 adalah 931,148 0C. Hal ini menunjukkan keakuratan dari kedua metode ini adalah sebesar 98,752 %, sehingga metode ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi para perencana dalam melakukan proses desain dengan mempertimbangkan faktor kenyamanan termal pada ruangan.
