Abstract

Les contentieux administratifs de demain seront essentiellement les mêmes qu’aujourd’hui. Cependant, les évolutions de la société ne sont pas sans incidence sur l’activité du juge et peuvent provoquer le développement de contentieux existants voire en faire émerger de nouveau. Le contentieux administratif de demain sera aussi marquée par la question toujours d’actualité de la distinction entre recours pour excès de pouvoir et plein contentieux.
