Abstract

Este trabajo tuvo como propósito poder establecer criterios didácticos y metodológicos, para el diseño y desarrollo de proyectos de enseñanza de la estadística en secundaria a partir de la enseñanza de las medidas de tendencia central. Se trabajó en el grado séptimo de una escuela básica secundaria de Bogotá (Colombia). Se basó en la búsqueda de las condiciones necesarias para transitar del paradigma del ejercicio (aplicación mecánica de algoritmos previamente vistos) a un escenario de investigación (interacción con el contexto problematizándolo) con referencias de la vida real (Skovsmose, 2012b), enmarcadas en los derechos humanos. El propósito de este estudio es contribuir en la formación de ciudadanas y ciudadanos críticos, sujetos de derechos, en Colombia, donde se requiere recuperar el sentido de lo que significa una vida digna en el marco de la justicia, la solidaridad y la equidad. El trabajo tomó como referencia los planteamientos de la corriente didáctica de la Educación Matemática Crítica, con especial referencia a los trabajos de Ole Skovsmose (1999, 2012a, 2012b) y Paola Valero (2002 y 2012), y en los de la Didáctica de la Estadística de Carmen Batanero (2001). El Diseño Metodológico se enmarcó en la Ingeniería Didáctica como Metodología de la Investigación (Artigue, 1995), en un nivel de microingeniería que desarrolló los conceptos de medidas de tendencia central, tomando como referencia el trabajo de Cobo, B (2003).
