La intertextualidad amorosa

Abstract

En sus fundamentos teóricos, este ensayo descansa sobre dos doctrinas de signo contrario. La una consiste en las ideas de Harold Bloom sobre la “angustia de influencia” y la encarnizada lucha que llevan a cabo los descendientes, contra sus antecesores literarios, a fin de borrar toda huella de su deuda con ellos. La otra es la utopía ética y filosófica del rumano norteamericano Mihai Spăriosu, acerca de la posibilidad de que en el campo de la cultura los paradigmas “irénicos” (lúdicos y eróticos) desplacen y reemplacen a los “bélicos” (tipo Bloom). El aporte del ensayo, en este contexto, quiere ser un intento de domeñar irénicamente la angustia de influencia, mediante su “seducción”, lo cual nos abriría camino hacia los territorios de una “intertextualidad amorosa”. Para ejemplificar dicha tesis, se analiza un breve poema del autor griego Odysseas Elytis (1911- 1996), rastreando en él la influencia —declarada— de su ancestro literario, el poeta prerrománticoAndreas Calvos (1792-1869). Influencia pacificada, pues Elytis refunde los elementos temáticos y los estilemas calvianos en un guión nuevo, donde los dos poetas, y sobre todo sus textos, se seducen mutuamente. Resulta una “isotopía” harto significativa para la intertextualidad amorosa: el aprendizaje erótico y la separación entre amantes, tras la maduración de la aprendiz, equivale al aprendizaje poético y la separación entre antecesor y descendiente, al haber alcanzado éste su madurez.
