Abstract

Presenta con visión integral, el desarrollo de las acciones sustantivas emprendidas por la dirección general de servicio civil de costa rica, a partir del 2010 durante el período 2011-2013, en el marco de su plan estratégico institucional 2011-2014 y del plan nacional de desarrollo 2011-2014, destacando, tanto las obligaciones de ley que cumplir como su labor de institución rectora del empleo dentro del régimen de servicio civil.
