Abstract

Presenta los avances en la carrera administrativa desde su entrada en vigencia hasta la fecha, expresándose en función de las estrategias aplicadas para incorporar a los funcionarios públicos a la carrera; diseño de normativas procedimentales; formación y capacitación de funcionarios públicos; salud y seguridad en el trabajo; uso de las TIC's en la gestión de recursos humanos; carrera administrativa municipal y carreras especiales, para mencionar las más importantes.
