Abstract

Die Autoren kontextualisieren das Konstrukt der adaptiven Lehrkompetenz im Diskurs zur Lehrkräfteprofessionalisierung. Dafür skizzieren sie zunächst die Professionalisierung angehender Lehrkräfte anhand strukturtheoretischer und kompetenzorientierter Ansätze und zeigen darauf aufbauend, dass sich das Konstrukt der adaptiven Lehrkompetenz als Scharnier zwischen beiden Ausrichtungen der Lehrkräfteprofessionalisierung eignet. Ausgehend von den einzelnen Konstruktfacetten adaptiver Lehrkompetenz (Sachkompetenz, diagnostische Kompetenz, didaktische Kompetenz und Klassenführungskompetenz) nehmen die Autor*innen eine weiterführende Systematisierung des Konstrukts vor, die einerseits eine Verknüpfung verschiedener professionstheoretischer Ansätze erlaubt und andererseits die Grundlage für die empirische Operationalisierung adaptiver Lehrkompetenz bildet.
