Estudio de los efectos del Amlodipino y Cilostazol sobre el intestino en un modelo experimental de Isquemia-Reperfusión intestinal

Abstract

La isquenia-reperfusión intestinal se acompaña de un daño tisular importante tanto a nivel local como en órganos a distancia, llegando incluso a provocar un fallo orgánico múltiple. En nuestro estudio empleamos setenta y dos ratas de la raza Wistar, sometidas a diferentes tiempos de isquemia intestinal (30 y 60 minutos), y sesenta minutos de reperfusión. Se les administraba diferentes fármacos con acciones vasodilatadoras, antiagregantes, antioxidantes (cilostazol y amlodipino), por vía oral, media hora antes de instaurar la isquemia. La administración de amlodipino y cilostazol es capaz de disminuir los daños titulares a nivel del intestino delgado provocados por el síndrome de isquemia-reperfusión intestinal. El cilostazol tiene un mayor efecto protector sobre el daño histológico de la mucosa y disminuye los cambios morfométricos, sobre todo de yeyuno, producidos tras isquemia-reperfusión intestinal
