La personalidad eficaz como factor protector frente al burnout

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue identificar la relación entre la personalidad eficaz y el síndrome de burnout en docentes de educación secundaria. Para esto se trabajó con una muestra de 93 docentes que respondieron al Inventario de Burnout de Maslash (ibm) y al Cuestionario de Personalidad Eficaz para Adultos (cpe-a). Los resultados indican que la personalidad eficaz funciona como factor protector frente a la aparición y desarrollo del síndrome de burnout.
