Desafíos del Programa Conectar-Igualdad en Argentina

Abstract

En este trabajo, presentamos elementos de una hermenéutica del conocimiento, que pretende orientarse hacia una mejor comprensión del sentido de la realidad educativa, en el marco de la puesta en marcha del programa Conectar-Igualdad en Argentina. El proceso de construcción del conocimiento es parte constitutiva de la educación y, en la medida en que el mismo es experiencia, puede ser analizado y descrito como fenómeno. Pero a su vez, en cuanto es algo teórico, puede ser explicado como objeto. La cuestión central de nuestro trabajo reside en el análisis de las nuevas y complejas relaciones educativas que se dan al interior del aula de la escuela secundaria de la educación pública institucionalizada en la Argentina, en las que el conocimiento es compartido, promovido y construido en forma colaborativa con la intermediación de tecnologías de la información y comunicación. Comprender la realidad educativa desde la perspectiva del conocimiento implicaría la necesidad de construir un sentido, además de criterios para esta construcción, intentando discriminar y determinar las diferentes redes de significación que la sostienen y en las cuales se enmarca. Resulta necesario, por lo tanto, relevar las interpretaciones conflictivas que de ella puedan tenerse, para trabajar sobre los supuestos históricos y culturales en los que descansa y sobre la diversidad de teorías que las fundamentan
