Analisis SEM-EDS Beton Normal yang Menggunakan Superplasticizer

Abstract

Beton merupakan bahan bangunan populer yang diakui kekuatan dan daya tahannya. Para peneliti telah mengeksplorasi penggunaan superplasticizer dan gel C-S-H untuk meningkatkan kualitas beton . Superplasticizer adalah bahan tambahan kimia yang dapat ditambahkan ke campuran beton untuk meningkatkan fluiditas sekaligus menjaga kekuatan. Hal ini memudahkan pemasangan dan meningkatkan kemampuan kerja beton. Selain itu, menambahkan gel C-S-H ke beton dapat meningkatkan kinerja jangka panjang dan meminimalkan retak. Formasi gel C-S-H pada kekuatan dan daya tahan beton diselidiki secara cermat dalam studi ini dengan melakukan pengujian foto SEM EDS. Pemindaian Mikroskop Elektron-Spektroskopi Sinar-X Dispersi Energi adalah alat analisis yang kuat untuk menentukan komposisi unsur dan bentuk bahan berskala nano. Ini menyelidiki permukaan material dengan berkas elektron terfokus dan menghasilkan sinyal yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan distribusi komponen yang ada. Hasil Uji SEM-EDS menunjukkan Unsur senyawa Ca, Al dan Si mendominasi. Rasio Oksida SiO2/CaO yang tinggi pada sampel cenderung memiliki kuat tekan yang lebih tinggi. Sebaliknya, material dengan rasio SiO2/CaO yang lebih rendah menunjukkan kuat tekan yang lebih rendah.
