Abstract

Restorasyonlarin marjinal uyumu yetersiz oldugu durumlarda, zaman icerisinde yapistirici simanin cozunmesi ile dis ve restorasyon arasinda olusacak olan boslugu bakteri ve yiyecek artiklari doldurur. Bu durum plak birikimi ile sonuclanir. Bu aralik alanda toplanan plak zaman icerisinde curuklere, periodontal dokularda hasara ve sonuc olarak protezin basarisizligina neden olmaktadir. Bu calismanin amaci marjinal adaptasyonu etkileyen faktorleri tartismak ve dis yapisi ile restoratif materyal arasindaki marjinal adaptasyonu inceleme yontemleri hakkinda bilgi vermektir.
